Sahir Khan is a Digital Artist and Illustrator studying Graphic Design at CalArts. He is a proud member of the Digital Art & Media Collectives: Evokeone, Intrinsic Nature, and HeartSurge. His style ranges from simple illustrations to a wide variety of mixed media work using software from Adobe's Creative Suite and Maxon.

When Sahir is not working on anything art related, you would likely find him hiking with his friends, consuming unusual amounts of oranges, listening to various genres of music, fighting his twitter addiction, or giving tips on successful hair growth.

I was asked by a few friends for the brushes I have been using, so I thought why not make them public. If you do download these brush sets, there is no need to credit me in anyway, but it would be greatly appreciated if you share them with your friends, it makes the effort I put into creating these sets quite worthwhile. :) They are compressed in .zip format, please do let me know if you have any problems downloading/installing these files, and I will see what I can do to help you out. :)

Intrinsic Nature Experiment 12 Released! - 4/8/12

Good things still come to those who wait. Actually great things. In this case, it's a digital onslaught of mind-blowing artworks, photography and music, supplied by none other than Intrinsic Nature's team of rejuvenated artists. Featured artist Matteo Massete (aka Ma7) headlined the 12th successful experiment with his collection of seven stunning pieces of digital art. Notable newcomers include photographer BennyBrand and artists Najeeb, Falk, FabF, Dezhimself, Visio, Ruudios, Ptitvinc and Pezcado. IN12 showcases 73 works of art created by 46 international artists.

So find a comfortable chair, sit back, and let the visual journey of IN12 engulf your brain.

Evokeone Exhibition XXVII : Nostalgia - 2/21/12

After valiant effort, we proudly present the first exhibition of 2012. Our 27th release, Nostalgia, brings a dynamic collection of art, photography, and music. The term "Nostalgia" was interpreted in a unique manner amongst our international roster. Feelings of sorrow, felicity, and childhood memories were ignited within and translated into ethereal works of art. We even journeyed back into EvokeOne's past by creating our "Nostalgia" type group collaboration that was directed by Brandon Spahn. This was an idea we presented three years ago in our "Revolution" release, and enjoyed revisiting this type project to bring our artists together.
